NODO Launches Pan-African Community Engagement Infrastructure: NODO Gems

NODO is thrilled to announce the launch of its gamified community engagement infrastructure, NODO Gems. Launching first on AVALANCHE, CELO, and BASE, the NODO ecosystem is chain agnostic and will expand its reach to more major blockchains, including Cardano, by the year 2024. NODO Gems constitute one of the core pillars of the NODO product ecosystem: on-chain and off-chain rewards through integration with blockchain platforms.

Upon registration, users can unlock their NODO wallet and gain access to a plethora of educational and community engagement opportunities. Users can access their NODO Gems & earning history via the “My Profile” page, where they can view their Gems balance along with their in-app activity and ranking in the community.

To off-ramp, NODO’s African users can now effortlessly convert their gems balance to airtime via Fonbnk to their preferred mobile carriers across the pan-African continent. In addition, NODO enables cryptocurrency token offramps directly to the user’s preferred WEB3 wallet on Avalanche, BASE and Celo networks. These integrations not only enhance the user experience for NODO users but also provide practical utility. In addition, NODO’s various community building & marketing partners will be able to receive payments in NODO Gems, as well as utilize them to amplify their content and programs on NODO.
